Default Need professional advice

Ok,I have a 2000 WS6 with a MS3 cam, stage 2.5 5.3 heads, granatalli MAF sensor, headers and an LS6 intake with 30# injectors. I had it tuned for a previous cam. A comp 216/220 .525/.532,stock heads with beehive springs, headers, granatelli MAF sensor,30# injectors and the guy that tuned it was Ed Wright, idk if you guys are familiar with him but hes supposedly the F-body gooru and he made my **** to rich, but i dealt with it cuz it ran good, but when i went back to him for my new setup and he made it run like total ****!!! so i made him put it back to the tune for the old setup and it actually runs good, but when I take off it will run like im gettin to much fuel and boggs down for a second,or when i don't have my foot in it when i get up to 3K it will act like i hit the rev limiter, but i give it more gas and it stops, its still wayy to rich. I know a proper tune can take care of most of this, but do i need different injectors?
Thanks alot for reading all my B.S. guys!
