Exclamation Help Needed!

Car just started doing this. I was sitting at a light with my foot on the brake and noticed the car was jerking. Also noticed it was making a popping noise and a noise of fluid moving. Drove from the light and everything was normal. Stopped in a parking lot and with my foot on the brake in drive it started again. If i leave the car in drive and let it start coasting it keeps jerking and the noises still can be heard. If the car is in park this doesnt happen. Oil pressure is around 20 at idle but its always been like that. Anyone have an idea (converter, trans oil pump?)

I can't understand what you're saying. Reword it maybe?

if i have the car in drive with my foot on the brake or letting it coast from a stop the car shakes back and forth. When listening from under the car it sounds like a popping noise with a fluid swishing noise also. When driving normal nothing happens, trans shifts normal and doesnt slip. Im thinking maybe torque converter went out?
