LS1 in Jeep, need help with obd connector
I bought a Jeep with a LS1. I believe it was out of a 2k Firebird. I'm not getting 12v on pin 16 of the obd2 connector. Does this connector pick up 12v from the computer, or should I look elsewhere? Any help would be appreciated, wiring is not something I'm great at. thanks.

I checked the orange wire under the dash for continuity between it and pin 20 and 57 of the pcm connector (both orange wires). There was none. Should I have continuity at one of these pins? thanks

Pin 16 should be 12v battery, so its not wired in properly
This is generally teed into the PCM 12v battery wires on B20 and B57
Since you've got power on none of them start moving up the line. From the factory, the fuel pump relay 12v battery feed was fused in with the PCM/ALDL battery 12v's. Check for a blown fuse

I do have 12v on pin 20 and 57. Just no continuity between pin 16 of the obd2 connector and pin B20 OR B57. It appears I neeed to find out where OBD pin 16 is spliced in at. I probably have a bad connection there. It's starting to make more sense. Thanks alot!!

Sure man. I'm actually in the process of cleaning it up some, so it's not a lot to look at right now.
It's an LS1 with 4l60E
Rockcrusher Dana 60's with ARB's
Atlas 2 4.3
Coilovers front and rear
and a bunch of other fun stuff :-)
BTW, I think I found my wiring problem. It was a bad connection. Thanks!
