Default A Corvette Throttle Body on a Firebird?

I am doing a V6 to LS1 swap and have 1999 Corvette LS1 engine, I was wondering if somehow I could use the TB that came on the Corvette engine instead of getting a TA throttle body and having to get mechanical pedals also. So is there a way to wire up an electrical TB to the TA harness?

You would need to see if your computer has the provisions to do the drive by wire. If your computer has the provisions you will need the Gas Pedal Assembly, TAC Module, and harness that runs from gas pedal to TAC module. Here is some info that will let you know if it is possible or not with your computer.

It would be so much easier to get a TB and cable for your car. In fact it would be stupid not to.

Ok I guess I will get a new TB, eBay has some that have been ported and I can polish them for cheap. I'll prolly pick one up. Thanks guys
