turbo 5.3 in second gen camaro (need advice)
I've been researching about lsx swapped second gens and haven't really found much information on what i'm exactly looking for.
I've seen highly modified drag cars with tubular front ends big blocks and a turbo setup. . .
But does anyone have or has anyone fit an lsx or 5.3 motor into a second gen with a full turbo setup? that includes modifying factory firewall which i'm completely okay with doing. . .
I've got a blown 5.3 block that i can use to measure space i suppose however if anyone has any info you could share with me i'd be in debt to you.
I'm not worried about the frame or firewall really i'm just curious how much room i've got from the radiator too the accessories. . .

If you're okay with the firewall mods, put the motor wherever you want! Use that 5.3 for mockup and see where everything fits the best for you. Theres a lot of variables- crossmember, firewall, mount location, etc.
