Which fluid?
I just dumped the ATF out of my pan again. What is the best fluid to use?
It's a all stock 4L60e and I already dropped the fluid once before along with swapping the filter. Last time I used regular old ATF from VatoZone.
I use Dexron Vi in my Impala in mix with the left over stock ATF and it seems to be doing real good.
What do you all suggest/use?

Well, not to start another war...but....with the truly premium fluids (nothing you'll find on the shelf at any parts store) you'll typically see a 20-30 degree drop in tranny temp. Don't know about you, but that tells me that they work better because they do a better job of reducing friction. As such, they will also make your tranny last longer.

Well, not to start another war...but....with the truly premium fluids (nothing you'll find on the shelf at any parts store) you'll typically see a 20-30 degree drop in tranny temp. Those sold by companies like Hydrotex, Lubrication Engineers, Schaefer etc.
I'd have included Amsoil, but they did something recently that made me question their whole line.
I have first hand experience with both Hydrotex and LE. You pay more, but get much more in the bargain.

(reminds me of Dex-Cool literature published by GM in the past).

They have come out with a new oil intended to be put into Allison transmissions (World 2000, 2500, 3000) and meeting (not exceeding) Allison spec, the only problem is it's a near 100% clone of Allison TranSynd (a Castrol product), which is at very best a mediocre HD transmission fluid. I've seen the lab test results comparing the two....nearly identical in all areas.

DEALING WITH CONTAMINATION
Anything but DEXRON-VI in the automatic transmission is considered a contaminant. Typically, a customer or other service facility may add fluids other than DEXRON-VI. This includes aftermarket additives -- they are not needed and should not be used.

You will be fine with either a Dexron/Mercon fluid (made to meet old and expired GM Dexron III spec) or the new and GM licensed Dexron VI which is much more thermally stable and very shear resistant. Dexron VI is a less viscous fluid starting out than that of its Dex III counterpart, but unlike Dex III, Dex VI does not shear down half as much during service. For example, the Dex III starts out life at about 7.5 cst and is allowed to shear to about 5.5cst. The Dex VI starts out near 6.0cst and is not allowed to drop only a few points below that point and because of its formulation it doesnt. Two ways to skin a cat but the DEX VI is the fluid of choice and much superior to the III.
