anybody know where i can get an electric oval cutout? seems like every website is on back order..or you can only buy them in pairs..anybody know a website that actually has them and i could get only 1? thanks for any help..

Yeah, DMH is where you want to go. It's not listed on his site but it are very nice for the price. Just around $200 I believe for the pipe adapter, cutout, wiring and turndown.
