Default Running hot

Does anyone know if you block the pipe on the bottom of the water pump on the drivers side,if the engine will run hot. This is the one that goes to the radiator,the reason I ask is the aftermarket radiator I have doesnt have a provision for one.

here this shows that it carries hot water out of the engine.

You don't need it. That's the oil cooler bypass hose.
