What's a set of used HRE's worth??

i have a buddy who is getting ready to trade in his 2000 C5 for a new viper (epic failure imo) and he has a set of HRE 540R's on the vette, and i want to buy them before he gets rid of the car... long story short, how much is a set of perfect no scratch HRE 540R's in 18X9.5 & 19X11 worth?? no tires, just wheels. just looking for a ballpark.

in a realistic market if i went to sell them if i didn't like the look would they bring over $2000????

Easilly IMO. One of the most high end wheels you can get. I'm sure you will love the look though. I almosst bought a set of used HREs for my Cobra before I bought new CCWs, sometimes wish I would've.
