Will this tranny cooler be ok?

I'm having a Yank SS3200 and 3.73's installed right now, and was wondering if the tranny cooler I selected will be good for my application. My transmission is completely stock, so I'm trying to keep it as cool as possible.

I have 2 B&M plate and fin trans coolers in my TA and I love them. I used a smaller size, but if you have a good spot for that one it should work out well.
