383 LE3 Build coming together starting today " PICS " Just got the block from my cousin that bored , deck , honed ect. all FREE

awesome man, you are on your way for sure. I am going to start up a thread pretty soon also, putting together my 383 as well. going to bolt up the engine tomorrow, got the tranny and clutch assembly on today.
should have it started on wednesday. LE is a really good guy to work with, still helps me to this day even though I purchased my parts from him 3 years ago.
should be nice to start my car, haven't started it for over 2 years, the shop that did it really screwed it up the first time so i am redoing it all myself.
should be nice to follow you along through your build as well. good luck man.

Well Ill be tossing on a 250 shot since my builder gapped the rings a little more then usual to handle that shot. Built 4l60e , 12 bolt 4.10 and car is gutted . Hoping to go into the 9's with this b!tch. I think I should be able to get 11.50 on motor and maybe see some 9's with that 250 shot
