Okay so i just got done doing a cam swap and ported my heads on my lt1 and i put 3.73's in my rear and bought a 3200 stall converter and i am in the prosess of installing my B&M trans pak and it is asking my if i want HD or Street shifting? What do you think would be better for a bolt on lt1? At this point i really have no clue wich one to choose because i am going to be driveing it on the street but also on the track....would HD be to much for my car on the streets or should I just stick with the Street option...?

No professional builder that I know of uses B&M valve body products, and I know quite a few of them. That is probably why you aren't getting much response.
