Feeler - V8 Miata conversion axles So I am thinking about upgrading my axles for my road-racing 1994 LS1 conversion. The environment is clearly pretty severe on the track so I am considering this as a precautionary measure.
If I do this my existing custom halfshafts would be up for sale. They would come with inner Ford CV joints that fit a 31-spline 8.8" carrier. The inners are in good condition but will need a fresh set of boots. The outer ends of the shafts are splined to fit the stock Miata outer CV joint. The outer CV joints would not be included. Basically, these shafts let one mount a Ford 8.8 31-spline IRS differential and use your existing outer CVs.
I'll let them go cheap, say $250 plus shipping for both.
