Exclamation Need parts!

Ok guys I am looking for a good place to buy some polished or chrome motor parts and accessory's for an LT1 the motor is going into a 1950 F-100 pickup that is a full custom show truck. All that is left is dressing up the motor. Please help me find some parts thanks.

In that situation, it's probably best to have the parts you need powdercoated yourself. Aside from some miscellaneous caps and covers, there is a very small aftermarket for chrome LT1 stuff.

You can polish a few things (alternator, MAF, TB, waterpump, maybe intake?) Valve covers can be polished if you get aluminum ones. Not sure if march sells a serpentine kit in chrome. The fluid reservoirs and caps can be had in stainless. Anything else you want to do will have to be sent to a shop. Look at yofab and specialized stainless

You can get a lot of stuff at Street and Performance for the LT1 as well.

You can see some of the stuff I had polished and powdercoated in this thread here:

https://ls1tech.com/forums/lt1-lt4-m...-overhaul.html

It may help you decide which way to go. The heads, manifold, throttle body were all used pieces I bought and had cleaned up.

Good Luck!
