Default Racing Stripes?

Do any of you guys know where to get a good quality set of vinyl racing stripes? I was also wondering if any of you have applied them and how hard it is?

Thanks
Joe

there is thirdgen:

http://www.3rdgendecals.com/

they have great prices, they use 3M vinyl. this vinyl lasts about 7-10 years if applied correctly. i was going to get stripes there but i chose not to. i am wanting to keep my car longer than 10 years, and when the 10 years are up on the stripes, they will be faded and the edges will start to peel up.

for applying:
go to a custom sign shop and ask them if they have done that before,,, one place i would really check, is Chevrolet body shop, they don;t apply their own stripes, usually they have an expert apply the 35th averisary stripes, just ask how they do it, and they can led you in the right direction

if any more questions, ask away

I'm with Mike T on this one. If you are sure about them, and know that you will want to keep them, get 'em painted on. They will last as long as the car, and you will not have to worry about anything going wrong, like having them start peeling all of the sudden. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

You might also consider getting them painted on. I am having stripes painted on my car right now. Cost me 240.00 for the hood, rear deck and spoiler. Hope this info helps.
