Radiator question. Car almost running!
All thats keeping me from breaking in a new motor is the radiator.
I got a new one from summit said it was for ls1/lt1. My problem is that it has a couple of threaded ports on the pass. side that the old one doesn't have. Also has a hole about one inch in the middle of the radiator on the passenger side looks like it takes a cap of some sort as it has a "D" shaped lip on it. I'm wondering if i got the wrong radiator or if i just need a cap to go over the hole in the middle. Sorry if this doesn't make much sense. I've been up all night trying to get it running. Good news is that it fires! just couldnt keep it on very long without coolant lol.
Edit* car has oil cooler if that makes any difference
