As the title states, I'm new to the LS world but not to F-bodies. I've been a member of TGO for a good while. I've owned my 91Z since the end of 96 back when I was in Germany. I'm in the Army, currently deployed to Iraq and own a 91Z with a 383 TPI with vortech heads and a T56, along with an 04 Silverado 1500 (stock) with I believe the LQ4 (could be wrong). Got my oldest daughter a 97 vert back in 08 and a month prior to deployment I found a 99Z with a T56 for $1200. The sales lot thought the trans was shot and didn't want to fool with it. Strong motor and cold AC that just needs minor TLC and a paint job. I generally read 10 times more than I post but I look forward to posting, reading posts, and meeting new folks.
