Question What will this run question-I appreciate your help

I am curious now. I have a 1998 Trans Am A4 w/3.23s

Current mods:
TSP Airlid (done)
Cut-out (done)
No cats (done)
Free mods (done)
Soon to install LG SFC,s DS loop and V braces so I figure I'll be adding about 30-35 lbs there.

I am considering:
TCI SSF3500 converter
BFG 255/16 DRs
NOS 5177-100 shot

Tuning by myself with Edit-I like to do everything myself for good or bad

Current 3480 Raceweight

Current best of 13.39@103 2.0 (best of 1.9 on same tires) 60' on 245/50/16 at Byron in October on all season Yokohamas with Lid,Free mods and cut-out as only mods.

I would consider myself a decent driver. I usually post better times than other similarly modified LS1 F-Bodies when I go to Byron. For whatever that's worth.

I would really like to hit 11.9s consistently with the above combination. Is this possible?

Any ideas on good shift points w/ and w/out the converter?

What kind of times could I expect with a TR224 and an LS6/LSx intake?

I will not be able to afford heads or anything drastic until my GF gets done with College so if you have recommendations please consider the fact that I can't spend a ton of cash.

Thank you!

Thumbs up

Wheels, tires and weight reduction will put you in the 11's.

Good luck to ya.
