Default LQ4 in a 83 camaro

I am building a 6.0 iron block for my 83 camaro. I need some help with the build. I am planning on using a stock low mileage bottom end with a set of L92 heads and a carb intake. Where I need some help is in the cam, what cam for the engine keep in mind this is going to be a pump gas car, and needs to be drivable, with vacume accessories. I also was wondering if anyone knew what kind of compression I would be running? The tunning and computer part in all honest are scaring me pretty bad, ao any help with this part would be helpful
