Default Have questions about oewheelsllc

Ok so I have a pewter z28, stock ride hieght, with ground effects..

I really like the black c5 z06's with the chrome lip and rivets.

I was thinking about getting the 17-9.5 frt and 18-10.5 rear package... Question is this... Will the 18's fit? If so wat size tire do I need? Or should I just get the 17's all the way around?

Any advice and pics will be taken in good consideration since I've made my mind up I'm going with oewheels..

Thx! Aaron..

you may have rubbing issues with the rear. it varies car to car. and the tire size would be a factor too. but if it rubs in the rear its nothing a spacer wont fix. but the fronts you wont have any issues with

I have that setup with a 3/8" spacer in the back, mine were made by Baer, and are not the universal ones with the oblong holes. You will need longer studs as well. I bought the spacers and the studs from summit. A little bit of BFH mod was needed, and it was close on the fenders, but it works.

From what I've experienced, if I had it to do over again, I would have stayed with 17's all the way around. I've got a 295/35 18 Bridgestone RE760 tire on the back, and overall grip is honestly about the same as a good 275/40 tire on a 17 inch wheel. Unless you really really like the 18's better, I would go with the 17's mainly because a decent tire is going to run about $240+ and they are going to be special order at any installer.

This is my car lowered on Strano's with the 18's for reference:

Well guys I ordered my 17' black c5 z06's from oewheels...

Excited and ready to get them on.. Should go good with my black grille, and black halos..

Bad thing now is I'm starting to steer away from power mods lol, but idk if that is a bad thing afterall..!
