Default starting issues

I got a 2000 t/a with procharger. the problem i had before was both fuel pumps went out the external and one in tank so i replaced them both and the car start excellent when it is at low temp so 80 degrees or 90 whatever the weather is that day. But when it is hot and i turn the car off for about 30 minutes and i try to start it back up it cranks and cranks then finally catches but then it jumps idle up and down and up and down from 300 rpm to 850 rpm and then it sometimes dies out when doing that. The throttle position sensor is off by 3 grams(-0.03%) idk if that is an issue. My personal mechanic says there might be something in the throttle a piece of fuzz or something. that was the only off issue on the diagnostic. But input please on anything you think could be the issue.

Thank you.
