Default problems passing inspection with 2005 gto

i have a 2005 gto, i put a set of long tubes on and now it wont pass inspection. i have the hp tuners program, and i have set it to where the cats test comes up as incomplete, wich is okay. in Texas you are allowed one incomplete. the problem is the evap also comes up as incomplete. not sure if something is wrong with my car or if it is because of the lts. what do i need to do to get the evap to pass?
