Here's the catch. Water got up to the carpet so the insurance flooded it. It has a salvage title. There is a random misfire, but that can be easily fixed if you find the source. One O2 sensor is out. 3rd gear on the transmission needs to be repaired.

I know you said you want to stay below 4k, but I'll let it go for 5k because it needs a little work. This is a great deal if you're willing to put a little work to it.
