Proper way to install pickup, windage, and pan on LQ9?

I noticed on the bottom of my LQ9 pan (which I am swapping out) that it says "use special torque procedure" or something to that affect. Can anyone run me through the torque specs for the pickup, windage, and pan? Any tips or tricks?
