Default Coolant disappearing after I thought I was fine?

Well after tearing down my engine a second time to get rid of the leaking cometic gaskets, I got the heads milled 24 thousandths and used stock GM mls gaskets this time around.

Well I drove the car a handfull of times checking the coolant after each drive and it seemed to be fine but this week I drove the car with a couple of pulls and didn't check the coolant after the drive since I got sick. Well I finally got better and checked the level a week later and it was slightly under the coils in the radiator! If I had to guess it needed around 15 ounces.

There is nothing on the floor, not a drop. I still have the same amount of coolant in my reserve also, I also don't smell any coolant burning when driving, I'm getting nervous with college starting soon since it's my DD.

have you checked all the hoses? even the 2 small hoses that go to the throttle body? I had a small tear in one of those after I did the TB bypass mod and it drained my coolant completely!

Do a pressure test on the system.
