ODBII Wiring
Hi All,
Two year project of an LS2 into mymiata just about done. Just trying to figure out how to connect an ODBII to the 2006 GTO ECM I have. Help? I have looked everywhere and have alot of information but it doesn't jive with the coloured wires coming out of my PCM. Whats more I may have a missfire and need the ODBII connected so I can use HPTuners I just bought and ensure this car is running as it should and safe to drive.
I have searched threads but would really appreciate if you can point me in the right direction.

This should be what you need, it has all of the pinouts for the ECM to OBD2 connector. (courtesy of EFI live)

Thanks I have seen that before but I am still struggling. I need to know where to find the serial data wire? I have heard to check pin 10 on the pim but my harness doesn't have a pim.
I am dying here.

I have the schematics.....Thanks for offering them. What I am struggling with is finding the UART signal wire? I need that wire to hook up into the Odb port.

You do not need to hook UART to the OBD2 to flash a GTO ECM or TCM. The uart (OBD2 pin #9) is only used by the GTO electronics, radio, bcm, cluster and PIM module. The PIM module converts the UART signals and the CAN (or Class II on 2004 cars) to allow the old electronics in the GTO to work with the newer powertrain communications.
