Question what next for more power?

First, its never been dyno'd so I have no idea what my base numbers are. (live in Germany and have no idea where to find A: a dyno and B: an LS1 tuner who's tuned them before. It has had a Thunder racing tune in the past by the previous owner. Most mods are in the sig but Ive included the list below. This is a summer only street car with no track time. Im looking for advice short of FI as to what my next mod should be to increase power. Im not interested in nitrous. What would you guys suggest??

-FAST 90 intake with Nick williams TB
-SLP lid
-AFR 205 heads
-MAC mid length headers
-MAC Y pipe with cats
-magnaflow
-Hypertech 160 DEG. Powerstat
-DELPHI 37LB injectors
-TR224/224 114LSA
-Eagle stroker kit (383)
-Spohn driveshaft
-built 4l60E (2800 stall)
-various suspension mods

There are a few other minor mods and I know the 2800 stall will come under fire but that will be raised a little in the future.

X2 that is a pretty small cam for those cubes.

If you don't have a REALLY spot on tune I would avoid nitrous....
