Question 2.5 x with the rest 3in?

im wanting to do an x pipe but i have the damn trak pak which i love dont get me wrong but it drug everywhere so i cut out loop and welded straight bar in now 3in will hit my drive shaft but im pretty sure my 2.5 x will fit not prob. If i had the rest pipes 3inch the 2.5 x the bumped back to 3 will i be losing that much flow. its still a higher number than a Y pipe 3 inch vs 5 inch. I think i should be fine????
thanks scott

i am confused by your post.

A 2.5" dual system and 4" single will both flow well up to around 550-600 horsepower if i remember correctly.

The system will all be 3 inch besides the x because it won't fit above on the crossbrace of the trak pak

oh ok ya i doubt you will lose any power at all, a 2.5" x pipe will flow just fine fine for your setup. Even if you boost it, like i said before it will begin to rob a few ponies once you get in the 550-600 horsepower range.

what mufflers are you running?

Well, you're going to be choking it a little, but as long as you're fine with a little power loss to allow it to fit, it's not a huge deal.
