Aftermarket WS6 Hood Questions...
Which is the best one fit and finish and price-wise? I believe the GM Hood is like $1600? Correct me if I'm wrong. Also...say I buy an aftermarket hood, get in a wreck, does insurance cover this? How much is the the price difference from a stock ta hood over the ws6? Could I just pay the difference?
Brands, prices, and pics are greatly appreciated! Thanks a lot.

Re: Aftermarket WS6 Hood Questions...
Yeah, that hood being THAT expensive sounds odd.
But, there are plenty of people that have those hoods. VFN, Suncoast Creations, American Sports Car Designs, check with the sponsers to see whats good. And if the insurance company doesn't cover the hood (which, if its on the car, i dont see why it wouldnt...) then thats too bad. I say the SLP HO hood and the cowled WS6 hood from VFN are the two best looking out.

My favorite is the Suncoast Creations/SLP hoods. I've heard that there are diffrences between the two, and they look slightly diffrent. Also, which hood has the heat extractors? The suncoast, or SLP?
