Can anybody post me up a picture of the 2 different styles of water pumps that come on LS1s? They changed the styles between 98 and 99. I'm told one works ok with the FAST intakes, but the older stye has to have the water pump ground down to fit.

i dont have a pic anymore but the backing plate is different (it's actually sealed instead of having bolts to hold it in place) and the inlet is smaller on the newer water pumps so you need to buy the OEM t-stat from your local dealership
