Default help with new set up g5x1 cam and patriot heads

ok guys just like title says i need help with the current set up im building for my car ihave a g5x1 cam specs are 228/232 .588 .574 on a 114 full bolt ons bbk intake and paceseter lontubes,ory.

and i just bought some patriiot heads from a member on here here are the specs Patriot LS6 "style" stage 2 CNC heads. The heads a few thousand miles on them and are assembled with Patriot Gold spring with Titanium retainers. Springs are good to .650" lift. Intake and exhaust ports are full CNC'd and the combustion chambers have been welded up and CNC'd to acheive a higher compression while retaining the stock geometry. Here are the specs from Patriot's website:

new GM raw 035 casting.
Precision welded combustion chambers.
Heat treated to OEM specs.
5 axis CNC machined.
Hand detailed and assembled.
21-4N Stainless Valves
Bronze Guides
Patriot gold dual valvesprings (good to .650" lift)
Titanium Retainers
5 Angle Valve Job
59cc chambers

question is what head gaskets should i go with?
also changing to ls7 lifters what pushrod should i go with?
should i keep the same cam or should i step it up to a bigger cam im looking to get over 400 rwhp and have power thru the whole powerband i dont want to spin the motor real high to make power

what compression ratio should i have if i use stock size gm head gaskets

please feel free to share ur imput im a newb i need all the help i can get

you should be over 400 no problem if you ditched the LS1 intake on your 99. And how high do you want to spin it? And you need to check pushrod length, that's not something you guess on.

cool thanks for the input the mods on the car now are
slp cai,mti lid,slp maf,slp bellow,bbk tb,bbk ssi intake,slp underdrive pulley,pacesetter lts,pacesetter ory,cut out,ngk tr55,msd wires thru a 6 speed

the parts that are waiting to be installed are
lg g5x1 cam
ls7 lifters
patriot stage 2 heads
ls2 timiing chain
tsp ported oil pump

what head gasket should i go with i was thinking about just ordering the tsp gasket and bolt kit its 159.99 lol cant go wrong
