Default Maybe a dumb question...

Ok im upgrading to stage 3 heads on my 98z28 i need to know what size head gaskets i need to get for this is just the regular gm gasket good or should i upgrade to a thinner size gasket... Need help dont wanna spend 180 on gaskets if they do no good for me. Please email me links or just inputs would be awesome

A good start to getting you answer would be to tell us what particular stage 3 heads these are and what compression ratio you're trying to reach, what cam you're running, and maybe what your setup is in general.

most stage 3 heads have bigger valves and are intended for 4 " bores and larger.

They have zero issues!! This is part# 2035
2.08/1.60 with 68cc chambers assembled with patriot gold springs .650 lift!
the flow rating was 320cfm at 650 lift.

it has 228/232 cam. stock ls1 block , Fast 102mm intake , pacesetter LT's with 3" duals. 3.42 gears. Yank SST3800.
