Not sure if someone else is already doing this, but we have put together a kit to allow this to happen.
Most times you get a truck engine and want to run a car intake manifold, the problem you run into is the idler pulley and the belt on the truck alt/power steering bracket. So, we came up with a way to make it work.
Now, the details, you will be able to use cable operated 75mm throttle bodies, but not the 90mm cable. You will need to remove your alt./ps bracket to cut the standard idler mount off, and some grinding on the water neck will be needed to accept the ETC throttle body.
The LS2 manifold will work, but you need to use the truck 85mm throttle body as the 90mm car throttle body does not clear the water neck.
The kit includes all components to make the swap:
New Idler pulley with the spacer, bolt and washer
New Gates Belt
New Design truck waterpump.
