Cam(how scratched is to scratched?

Cam(how scratched is to scratched? I got an 04 ls6 cam and there's a few visible scratches on the base circle and some other marks it's used but only has (app) 10k on it but a bit miss handeld seems like someone set it down and it's got a bit of appers to be concrete rash barley visible but def there I can barley feel it when I run my fingernail across it the other scrates look like thay happend when thay pulled it or stabbed it but there there can't feel those but I need to know what you guys think should I chance it I may take it to a machine shop have it looked at but some opinions are appreciated!
