Default need help with duramax diesel question

i have a 02 GMC savanna box van (gas) with about 145k miles and still runs good but not great...... there is a guy on ebay selling a wrecked 00 chevy express van with a duramax diesel motor....
now my question is, if i buy the 00 chevy will this be a direct BOLT on to my gmc van? i mean, if i change everything from motor and tranny and fuel lines and fuel tank and computer will everything and i do mean everything, will it be direct bolt on or what will need to be modified? thanks for all the help guys

Any van up to '02 is a Chevy 6.5TD, not a Duramax. You'd also need to swap over the hydroboost brake stuff, along with the engine/trans/fuel tank/misc. Should get good mileage and have a lot more power than the SBC.
