Default Need some direction: Electrical gurus

I have a 56 chevy 2 door that I'm installing a 2009 4.8/6l80 in. This car will be driven daily, at night, and in the rain. Therefore, I would like some of the modern conveniences. I'm interested in using a 2008-2011 CTS steering column and guage cluster (similar in shape to the 56). Assuming I can physically mount these parts, is it even possible to make all of the switches and idiot lights work? Will I need a BCM to make the column and guage cluster work? The new columns are slick with Cruise Control, Lights, and Wipers just off the wheel. Car will be wired with an ISIS system. Any advice is appeciated.

Nick
