Default ET drag bias ply's with raidals in the front

Went to the track yesterday with my fiero. Had traction issues in the top side one pass on 12psi of tire pressure in the rear, lowered to 10.5 the next pass, didnt have traction issues, but the rear end swayed and skated alot.

Would front bias ply tires help the sway feel more comfortable? I had some mostly bald summer tires on the front, and not many issues of swaying when the rears had 20psi+ pressure.

Yes, when you mix bias and radial it causes the sway.

Thats good to hear that it is an easy fix. I will probably beef up some suspension parts while I have some down time.

I can not find skinny's for a reasonable cost (well less than $1200 at least), so I will probably grab a pair of sportsman's from Mickey Thompson for some really skinny 5 inch wheels.
