Default Installing heads and cam, need advice

So im thinking of buying the head and cam gasket and bolt kit from Texas-Speed but am not sure which gasket I should choose. I want to stay away from different thicknesses since i dont want to worry about what pushrods i should use, but I dont know if i should choose the standard Graphite or the Standard MLS, what advantages does each kind have? or should i really consider getting a different thinkness gasket? ( it could cause trouble because im using a re-grind cam with smaller diameter with LS6 valves, which are longer than LS1 valves, im told im supposed to use 7.4" rods with this combo.)

When you pull it apart you will find out quickly why graphite gaskets are a pita. MKS will also hold cylinder pressure better.

You need to measure for pushrods regardless of what you do, otherwise you or anyone else is guessing at length. That is unless you don't mind the risk of buying two sets.
