Usually it is due to the drivers not properly installing. Go into your control panel/device manager screen. You should see both drivers with an exclamation point or a question mark beside them. Go into the HPT CD Rom disk and save the drivers to a folder/desktop. Go into those 2 drivers in the device manager then and manually install the driver from where you saved it to.

Yeah if you are running 64 bit drivers you must use the signed drivers found in the help file or in the thread posted.
Our next batch of disc's will have the signed drivers, our current disks only have the unsigned ones that don't work well on 64 bit operating systems though.
