If you're talking about C5 Z06 wheels, then yes. I don't have any 1st hand knowledge about C6 Z06 wheels though.

I just bought C6 Z06 wheels and the stock 98Z wheels lugs don't work, I bought a new complete set of gorilla lock lugs.
