I have never seen that before. It looks like a tuneport injection top runner. twin baldes. Might be a custom intake, not an off the shelf intake.

Looks cast though. I was thinking about getting the Edelbrock Pro Flo and cutting off the top so I could work on it. This one would make life a little easier.
