gain from 4.10's to 4.30's?

gain from 4.10's to 4.30's? I am changing gears because of terrible gear whine. Set up right there should be little to none,mine is very loud. I am considering going to 4.30's just to see what I can run with them and was wondering what others have done with this swap? Most of my runs are on Nittos but I hook well on them so I dont think there will be a problem to much with traction . I will just readjust my launch a little. Is it worth atleast a tenth?
