Default gain from 4.10's to 4.30's?

I am changing gears because of terrible gear whine. Set up right there should be little to none, mine is very loud. I am considering going to 4.30's just to see what I can run with them and was wondering what others have done with this swap? Most of my runs are on Nittos but I hook well on them so I dont think there will be a problem to much with traction . I will just readjust my launch a little. Is it worth atleast a tenth?

It might be worth a tenth, it depends on where your car is making power. If you do most of your racing on Nittos, I would stay with 4.10's. I have 4.30's and Nittos don't even come close to hooking the car.

It peaks at 6200 but carries its power all the way to 6700rpms. I should cross the finish line at 6700 @119 mph. SOmetimes I do run on et streets but plan to start running them more as 315 Nittos are to expensive to change that often.
