Default 15's and drum brakes

so on my camaro it started out as a v6 car and has drum rear brakes and now im looking to put a tire under it. im looking at 15x10 summit stars with the most backspacing they will allow me since they dont have 7.5". would 6.5" work? or 6.75"? is it gonna stick out bad? im looking at a 325/50r15 if i can or a 275/60r15. either way i want 28"tall and decently wide.

whats my best bet?

Thanks,
Reid

You need 7.5 backspace, especially with a tire that size. My 7.5" with 325/50/15s sat right at the edge of the fenders. I would run Weld Racings new RTS wheel, they're fairly cheap, will fit fine, and tuck properly.

so with a 15x8 a 6.5 would work correct? and then a 275/60r15 would tuck just fine?
