Default couldnt get out of the 13s, a lil problem

I went to the track this past Saturday to get a few runs in. Last year cam only I was running 12.3 @113 with a not so good 60 time. This year I got my TFS 215 heads installed & the car really pulls hard. Anyway I have made a few other changes. I lowered the car with Strano springs & went back to the stock torque arm as I kept scraping with the UMI tunnel brace mount torque arm & the crossmember got damaged. Anyway for the first time I experienced some terrible wheel hop when launching the car. After only 2 runs I decided to call it a day, ran a 13.7 & a 13.2 @ 115. I ordered a MWC rear & I am just gonna wait til I get that installed before I go back, then I should be good. That should be on the way in a few weeks. With the car wheel hopping as bad as it did, I am lucky I didnt break something.

when u lowered it did you add the LCA relo brackets? That will put the LCA's back to the stock angle and help the wheel hop.

No I didnt but after reading about others with wheelhop problems I know its gotta be because I lowered it. Damn wheelhop was brutal. The MWC rear I ordered has the LCA holes predrilled in the brackets so you can adjust it. I will just wait for that before I track the car again.
