Default 370 build question

Ok im looking into a cheap build cause my motor went out yesterday! well i ran across a good deal on these pistons!
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/STL-H1129CT-75MM/
and i was wondering if they will fit stock rods and pistons? has anyone ran this setup before? what do you think my setup would run like if i did this cheap 370 build....
