Darkshiftt

i have a 99 Trans Am and it wasnt charging the battery. it has a new alternator, so i know its not that, but i think the person i bought it from hacked part of the wire off from the alternator to the pcm (he had a couple, and one had a lot of the harness missing from a fire). could anyone tell me which wire cluster its supposed to run through or where it runs? cuz i dont think he cut the whole thing off and i might just be able to solder another wire to it the rest of the way.
