Tryin to figure out if this car is legit, 1999 trans am, ws6 The guy told it was a Ram Air, It had the hood and it had the box where the SLP normally is but it says K&N. The gentleman told me it was "Stage 3" 400 hp pack from SLP and it had Stage 3 badges on it as well as 30th Anniversary badges. I've never heard of anything like this and was wanderin if any of you all have? Any help much appreciated

the performance pacs were available right off SLP's website. nothing special, nothing from the factory or dealer. the packs were just a bunch of parts sold at once, to get everything slightly cheaper then buying piecemeal, and to get it all at once.
i think the stage 3 had headers, cat back, lid, MAF, predator tuner, maybe some other odd and ends. plus the badges. theres no guarantee this particular car actually has all that stuff on it. he could have just bought the badges and slapped them on. you definitely need to go over everything. bring someone who knows about these cars if you dont.
also, check the RPO door sticker. if it says WS6 then it was a real ram air car.
