Old school motor in a 98 TA

Old school motor in a 98 TA I have a 98 T/A body. I also have a complete old school 434 SBC I'd like to stick in there. Before anyone starts on me about using an old style engine in this car, let me say this is a completely gutted car with no harness or any of that stuff. The cowl has already been cut out of it, A/C removed.
Has anyone put an 1st gen engine in one of these? What all did you have to change? Can I use the stock K member or do I have to get an LT1 K member? If you have done this swap help me out here

I found a local guy last night that has a K member. I'm still going to mock up with the stock piece just to see if it is possible to make it work
