Question Engine Brackets and Headers

What type of headers would be the best to put in and about how much cost would they be. And someone was teling me that I should replace the engine mounts with poly ones. How hard is it to change the mounts and how much are these poly ones that I should buy?

Best header depends on how much you want to spend. Motor mounts are either Energy Suspension or Prothane and I got mine for $65 shipped a couple weeks ago

your not going to get much for 400 maybe a set of pacesetters and they are a good set for the money.. I would not do the mounts they will make the whole car rattle and vibrate if anything just do one on the torque side.

People had said tho that when u have the original mounts in there it will cause the header to rattle against the frame and to avoid that u need to change the both of them out. My car has 170,100 miles on it.
