Mounting n2o bottle to pass tech?

Default Mounting n2o bottle to pass tech?
I'm planning on mounting my nitrous bottle between the rear seats (with the required blow-down tube). Will this pass tech?

as long as you have the blowdown tube and the brackets mounted securely,it will pass tech.

YES, as long as its mounted solid and the blow down tube is venting outside
